We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the thermal center, Spika restaurant, and right along the river. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel also offered a range of services, such as room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance, making our stay even more convenient. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms and soundproofed rooms ensured we had a comfortable and connected experience.

Location great, staff very kind and helpful, excellent breakfast! Rooms are spacious, very nicely decorated, and the view of the Savinja river really beautiful!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel situated in a prime location - right in front of a beautiful river and close to the city center. The hotel facilities were pristine and well-maintained including the spacious rooms and the efficient heating and air conditioning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast served had a great variety of food, making sure all tastes were catered to.

The breakfast was fresh and offered a decent selection. The location was key, as I was able to easily walk to the nearby sights. The view from my room was beautiful and added to the overall experience.

My room was extremely dry, which made my skin uncomfortable throughout my stay. the lack of a hook to hang the shower head on was a mild annoyance.

The hotel location is superb, with a serene river just a few steps away. the city center is easily reachable on foot, and guests can enjoy a lovely promenade along the river. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. the bathroom is well-equipped, and the service is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. Visitors will also appreciate the on-site bar, where they can unwind and enjoy refreshing drinks.

There is one aspect that needs improvement, as the air conditioning system appears to be struggling during high temperatures.

Had a great weekend at this hotel! Loved the riverside location, perfect for a relaxing stroll. the comfortable bed was so big and allowed us to sleep in peace. the restaurant served excellent food, and the discounts for other nearby restaurants were a bonus. the private parking facility was safe and made it easy to park our car.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective enough, and since there was no lift, it was a bit of a hassle to carry our luggage up the stairs. the breakfast buffet could have had more fruit.

Personnel were very nice and cooperative. I only spent couple of hours there (late arrival, early departure), but I felt as if I was there number of times and they treated me as a regular visitor.
